Starting on July 9, 2026, when logging into online banking, you will receive a message (voice or text) on your phone with a six-digit code. You will be asked to enter this code to complete the login process. This feature will take the place of answering security questions when logging into online banking.

Please update your phone numbers in your online banking profile or contact us and provide us with your current, correct phone number. You can reach out to us at (724) 843-3330.

Starting May 1st, 2025, all shared branching customers with out of state identification will have to verify their identity using the following steps:

1. With your phone, go to verify.coop.org or scan the QR code located in our branch
2. Follow the instructions that pop up on your screen
3. Once you have your 6 digit code, proceed to your next available teller to complete your transaction
