Your R-S Bellco VISA debit card is an essential tool to conveniently access funds in your Checking Account and IT IS FREE.
Point-Of-Sale
Use your debit card anywhere the VISA logo is accepted. This may be at a merchant point-of-sale location like a restaurant or the grocery store. The amount of your purchase is deducted from your Checking Account available balance. The point-of-sale purchase limit is $1,000 per day.
ATM
Use your debit card anywhere the VISA, STAR, ACCEL or PLUS networks are accepted. Members receive 10 FREE ATM transactions each month (deposit, withdrawal, transfer and inquiry). After the 10 FREE, each additional transaction is charged $1.00. The ATM owner may assess a surcharge of their own, so be sure to use a SURCHARGE-FREE ATM. Remember that deposits to an ATM carry a five business day hold. Shared branching may provide more rapid availability of funds. The ATM cash withdrawal limit is $500 per day.
